When you place an order on www.fany-store.com, the purchased item is shipped directly by the designer who designed, created or manufactured it.
The purchased item is delivered to the address you indicated when ordering
Shipping costs may vary from brand to brand depending on their country of origin.
An estimate of the delivery time is indicated on each product sheet in the “Delivery and Returns ” section.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed on the summary table of your shopping cart, as well as on the payment page
Since our partner brands are independent and geographically separate entities, their products are shipped to you from different locations. This implies different shipping costs per shipper.
When you place an order with one of our partner brands, they undertake to ship your item to you within 48 hours. In the event that the brand is unable to fulfil your order, you will receive a full and immediate refund.
Once your item has been shipped, your parcel tracking number will be sent to you by email. You will then be able to track your order in real time.
You have 14 days to change your mind from the date of receipt of your order.
The item does not match the product sheet, has a manufacturing defect or simply does not suit you? No problem, just notify us, return the product to the brand that sent it to you and you will be refunded
